With the Intelligent Workstation System (IAS) OBO has created a new dimension in flexibility and reversibility within commercial buildings. Covered, safe able routing up to the workstation or desk prevents the usual mess of cables. The result: a constantly tidy workstation.

IAS creates flexibility in perfect harmony with the building architecture. Electrification, data cabling, even the partial improvement of the room climate can be dealt with by OBO’s Intelligent Workstation System. The latest research in the field of energy efficiency and room planning was used in the development process, in order to optimise the running power and operating costs. OBO’s AS allows building owners, architects and interior designers to meet any future workstation requirements – even as yet unknown requirements. This allows decision makers to decide at any time how the IAS should be upgraded: a wide range of accessories for the IAS, including optionally available storage trays, monitor holders, PC spaces and other modules, mean that each workstation can be equipped appropriately. The options are almost unlimited: besides perfect workstation lighting provided by individually selectable lights, free location of all electrical and electronic peripherals is possible, meaning that the power supplies of computers or printers rapidly disappear from the desk. Of course, all the connection cables are stored safely and in a way which saves space.
