OBO BSKH fireproofing duct

OBO BETTERMANN clears the way – with the new BSKH fireproofing duct system. Never again will fitters have to grapple with other equipment such as ventilation, heating and sanitary installations when fitting fireproofing ducts.

The new BSKH fireproofing duct can be securely fitted on carrier systems underneath existing installations. It comes into its own wherever a large number of joints would otherwise necessitate modification work with numerous, expensive fittings. It also permits a direct floor crossing from one wall to another. Complementing the tried and tested BSK fireproofing duct for direct wall and ceiling mounting, this new concept clears the way for fireproof installation.

OBO's BSKH fireproofing duct is tested to DIN 4102 Parts 11 and 12, and as such approved for use as an I-duct in escape and rescue routes and as an E-duct for maintaining the function of safety-relevant systems. The fire-resistance period is 90 minutes for the I classification and 30 minutes when used as a functional maintenance component.
