OBO Construct KTS
The powerful planning software for OBO cable support systems

With the OBO Construct KTS software, OBO BETTERMANN is breaking new gorund in the planning of cable support systems.
The newly-developed software solution, available as an add-in for AutoCAD up to the current 2007 version, allows the electrical planner, the architect and the installation engineer to increase their planning security and effectivity and to create expanded planning space.

OBO Construct is characterised by the following features:

• Simple download of existing drawings and plans in the most common CAD formats dwg and dxf
• Easy construction of cable support systems using the integrated route editor
• Construction of function maintenance cable support systems in accordance with DIN 4102, Part 12
• Automatic calculation of route loads and the option of specifying cable assignments and loads
• Menu-controlled article selection integrated into the program
• Technical and graphic description of the components used in the drawing
• Generation of KTS material parts' lists
• Export and import of drawing blocks

There is now a new update for the OBO Construct KTS construction software: the current version, 5.0.7, now offers the option of integrating the new RKS-Magic® cable tray system in planning operations. In addition, all the innovations since the previous version have been added to the product range, meaning that there are now many new articles available to simplify the planning and construction of cable support systems.
