for standardised lightning protection equipotential bonding

With the V50-B+C, OBO Bettermann introduces a new combined lightning and surge arrester. The 17.5-mm-wide arrester can dissipate both 12.5 kA (10/350) lightning currents and surge impulses of up to 50 kA (8/20) without any damage. With a single module per pole, lightning protection equipotential bonding is carried out correctly in buildings of protection classes III and IV according to VDE 0185-305.

The V50 was designed using the tried and tested plug-in technology from OBO Bettermann, thus making it compatible with all the existing V20 and V25 bases. V50-B+C can be used in any network type – from TN to TT.
